Financing of water projects is complex and very much dependent upon the type of intervention to be financed.
In coordination with the OECD, the EU-China Cooperation on Water project shall support the identification and promotion of innovative and alternative funding mechanisms and finance instruments and sources for water related projects both in Europe and in China.
